2) Provide Details (if applicable): For defective/wrong items, photos or a brief video may help us resolve your issue faster.
3) Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address within 1 business day. Please do not ship the item back without this authorization.
4) Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend you keep the shipping receipt.
5) Inspection & Completion: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Processing:
- Timing: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 7-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where a returned item does not meet the condition requirements, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping Costs: Who Pays?
We Pay: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost upon receipt of the return.
You Pay: If the return is due to a Change of Mind or ordering the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
